I love red eyeliner so much that I\’m already working on a \”My Red Eyeliners\” blog post. When you have little of something, that is funnily when you want to display it as much as possible and so, since I have hazelnut eyes with just a little bit of green, the goal of using red eyeshadow or eyeliner is for that green to pop a little more.
Obviously, the color of my eyes has been retouched for this look as they\’re not that green usually but I felt it could look great with all that red around them – and it does.
Actually, for this look I remember using only products I rarely use or that I\’d just bought, such as the M.A.C. Cosmetics liquid matte lipstick in In Retrograde that I\’d been eyeing for ages, the purple lipstick from Golden Rose (I\’ve reviewed the whole range minus a few shades not long ago if you\’d like to know more about these VERY affordable liquid matte lipsticks, btw !) or the blush that\’s actually a red eyeshadow from the Fiery palette by BeautyBay. I love all those colors on my and I\’m really happy with how it all turned out.
While I was writing this post, I listened to : Ultimo – Peter Pan.
I\’m actually learning Italian and have been for a few weeks and I\’m happy to be able to say a lot of things even though I\’m only at the beginning. Un Bacio Al Dolore means A kiss to pain, and I think it defines the look pretty well with those bold colors, the sharp wing and still, the projections and dirtiness of the liner that remind me of blood and, once again, pain x
