Back for a new makeup look, that I created in collaboration with another makeup artist and friend of mine, IsleyMUA. The last time I created a look in a collaboration with her was a VERY long time ago and I was thrilled when we agreed on a theme we both were inspired by : the Cappadocia hot air balloons.
The tutorial is already available on my YouTube channel, It\’s Azami – I had so much fun shooting it that I cannot wait to create other makeup looks to show you guys !
Also, I\’m so happy I got to use my M.A.C. Cosmetics Marrakesh lipstick which is, as I told you in a post a few months ago, one of my very favorite MAC lipsticks. It\’s such a unique color that sadly doesn\’t suit everyone but it does look good on me and since I\’m of Moroccan descent, I couldn\’t be happier, now could I ?
For this look, I wanted to create an editorial, watercolor effect all around my eyes and I\’m very happy that it was that easy to create with plain eyeshadow and water ! I just took a picture off the Internet of the balloons in the Turkish sky and the colors are just exactly the same. The whole look is so warm and so unlike what I usually do, I\’m really happy with it ! x
While I was writing this post, I listened to : Serhat Durmus – Yalan.
